Our story began with over 30 years of diverse professional experience. Drawing from our backgrounds in the Military, Risk Management, Law Enforcement (Military and Corrections), and Operations Management with a focus on Asset Protection, we understood the critical need for a more skilled and dedicated approach to security. This journey culminated in the launch of Arclight Protective Services LLC at the beginning of 2025.

We started this company together to break down the barriers and negative stigma often associated with security services. We're on a mission to move past the "Mall Cop" stereotype and demonstrate what true security looks like—a blend of extensive training, real-world experience, and a genuine commitment to safety.
